POWER & ENDURANCE TRAINING consists of bodyweight exercises (push ups, sit ups, pull ups and squats) you can do anywhere without needing any special equipment. This training program is going to increase your repetition counts to extreme levels (100 consecutive push ups, 200 consecutive sit ups, 20 consecutive pull ups, 200 consecutive squats) and you are going to build unbelievable explosive power and endurance. It will increase your strength too, by building your fast twitch muscle fibers, but the main purpose of this program is POWER and ENDURANCE. You are going to build lean muscle without bulk and after the program, you are not going to believe your bodys shape. Just follow the instructions for 6 weeks, dont give up and have fun!
